We also proactively partner with managers and Heads of Business to support their people plans and ensure all activities link with Revium’s group People strategy. What am I responsible for in my role?


  • Provide accurate, professional, practical and timely advice and support on a variety of employee relations issues such as performance management, absence and best practice
  • Lead, with the support of the People Assistant, disciplinary, capability and grievance processes
  • Contribute to weekly HR Op’s meetings updating the team with relevant ER issues
  • Update HR policies and develop new policies in line with employment legislation
  • Undertake salary review and benefits benchmarking analysis for the Group, sharing with BPs to ensure the data is utilised in the BUs
  • Be the key point of contact for day to day employee issues, providing support and advice as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR system to ensure data is accurately stored and accessed
  • Provide support to the wider People Team project plan, helping to land key initiatives into the Group
  • Lead the HR Legal Compliance project ensuring we operate in line with our employment law obligations
  • Advise the People Assistant of changes to terms and conditions of employment to allow them to provide the administrative support needed
  • Conduct comprehensive exit interviews with all leavers, identifying trends and themes for the People Team to action or facilitate
  • Develop and document current and best practice HR processes, supporting communication and embedding our way of working across the Group

What do I need to bring to the tribe?



  • Proven experience of HR advice and support at various levels and functions in a business
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced SME would be desirable
  • Strong experience of creating and maintaining HR policies and processes
  • Experience of working effectively with key stakeholders, developing and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels
  • Strong team working skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work at all times reflecting and role modelling the Company values

  • CIPD or related degree/masters
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • HR systems knowledge (Cascade or equivalent)
  • Wider knowledge of a shared service HR offering (recruitment, L&D, engagement, reward etc)
